Design Sprint

A 4-day process for the focused solution of major challenges, for developing new or improving existing products. The sprint condenses potentially months of work into a few days.

Why will a Design Sprint change your approach?

Nowadays it is no longer enough to have just a good product, users want the one true product. Design Sprints make it possible to quickly find out whether the chosen path is worthwile or not, whether the feature is worth the costs of development or whether the value proposition really meets a benefit. Don’t invest months of resources and working days, invest in results within a week.

What the workshop teaches

Make decisions faster and more efficiently

Reduce the waiting time for decisions and speed up the actual development and testing of your ideas.

Reduction of project fatigue

Learn how to use a fast and structured approach to increase the satisfaction of those involved and how to use resources as efficiently as possible.

Design and carry out user tests

In the Design Sprint, results are always tested with users, that is the core of the methodology. Design your own tests.

Do design sprints yourself

Get to know the procedure and the working methods to be able to carry out your own internal design sprint with colleagues.

Identify future business opportunities

Identify quick wins quickly and resource-saving. Correctly prioritize tasks that can be implemented immediately to expand or adapt your business model.

The workshop quickly showed us how to get away from everyday routines and create concrete prototypes from ideas using modern methods. The clear focus on the user is simple, but has not been a priority in our processes too often. Unfortunately. Definitely more in the future, therefore.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Who should take part in the Design Sprint?

A design sprint team is always composed cross-functionally in order to have all the necessary perspectives in the team and usually consists of 4 to 9 participants. The decision maker plays an important role here. A decision maker who maintains the necessary speed in decision-making processes during the sprint must definitely be named. Often the decision maker is also the project manager in the company. In addition, those affected by the problem, questioners, doers and experts should take part in the Design Sprint.

4 days - is 4 times 1 day a week also possible?

A Design Sprint lives from every participant being able to work 💯% focused and actually being present at all times. That’s why it is important to keep the sprint period together. 4 days of a week are ideal for this. The participant’s calendars should be free as well.

Do we need a designer

A designer for prototypes is not absolutely necessary. Our team can bring the necessary skills to the sprint so that your team can fully focus on solving the challenge.
